How to read this page

Three screens, three places facts come from, and the progress states below. That is all.

Where every fact comes from

• Williamson saysThe hospital's own checklist wording, exactly as written, with the level, section and page.
• HealthStream showsThe nurse's HealthStream transcript: course, date completed, score and CE credit.
• Jane showsThe nurse's Jane assignments and Skills Passport: what was completed, the score, and a link to the Jane report.

What the states mean

• CoveredA reviewer confirmed that our training matches this requirement, and the nurse completed it.
• Likely coveredThe nurse completed a training IntellAgents suggested for this requirement. A person has not confirmed the match yet.
• Possibly coveredThe nurse completed a training IntellAgents suggested, but the match is weak (match strength low). A reviewer needs to check it.
• Assigned, in progressThe nurse has been assigned a matching training in HealthStream or Jane but has not finished it. The due date is shown when there is one.
• Not covered yetWe have a training for it, but the nurse has not completed it. Assign it.
• No training yetNothing in our catalog covers this requirement yet.

✓ Signed off at bedside means a preceptor watched the nurse do it and signed the checklist. It is separate from the progress states above.

Assigned training

The line under each nurse’s name on the board counts the courses and Jane assignments HealthStream and Jane have given that nurse (done, and overdue when late). It is separate from Williamson coverage.

What to do

• 1. On the Journey board, click a nurse's name to see the proof.
  2. On the nurse's page, open any line to see Williamson's words, our training and the nurse's record. The What's left list shows what to assign next.
  3. On Review matches, check each suggested match: Yes, this matches, or Not a match. Your decisions update every nurse's progress.
